Visit to see the donated Christmas Trees at the Parish Church.

We are delighted to be able to share some of the things we have been up to over the last few weeks.

At the beginning of December, residents and staff were invited to the annual Christmas lunch at Princethorpe college. They were made very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed the meal and entertainment. Thank you to the team at Princethorpe for making this such a wonderful event.

We made several trips with residents to Lillington Parish Church for their Christmas get together. Residents were able to see the Christmas tree which they had helped to decorate and there was plenty of coffee and cake for all involved.

The shoemakers little elves have been busy making more blankets, these are available for any local animal rescue groups that may need them.

Some of our residents enjoyed a festive lunch at the Rugby Tavern in Cubbington.

Our talented residents made some fantastic Christmas wreaths and table decorations. Using foliage from the gardens, the finished decorations were used to decorate the beautiful table on Christmas day.

On 18th December, we were thrilled to welcome a group of children from The Old Library Day Nursery.
It is always lovely to connect with the youngest members of our community and a great time was had by all!! Thanks to the team at The Old Library Day Nursery for bringing our little visitors along.

Christmas morning at James Hirons is always very special especially when we get a visit from the big man and his little helpers. Everyone enjoyed a relaxed morning opening their presents.

Everyone enjoyed a fantastic Christmas dinner with all the trimmings in the large lounge.
Spending time with friends in such beautiful surroundings really is what makes Christmas special.

The team at James Hirons would like to wish you a very “Happy New Year”.
